The central hub of the TOAMI Group, located in Shijonawate, Osaka. Here, employees across various departments, including the Administrative and Business Operations Divisions, work together to drive our business forward. Standing proudly in front of the office is a large camphor tree—the official tree of Shijonawate City. This majestic tree has long watched over the growth of the TOAMI Group and ensured the safety of our employees.

As our largest facility in both site area and production capacity, the Chiba Factory serves as the cornerstone of the TOAMI Group. It boasts our largest fleet of machinery, including wire drawing, straightening, welding, and hoop processing machines. From this strategic base, we supply products to the Tokyo metropolitan area—currently undergoing large-scale urban redevelopment—as well as the Kanto-Koshinetsu and Tohoku regions.

Completed in 2022, this is the TOAMI Group’s newest factory and office facility. It features a unique two-story design—rare for a wire mesh production plant—with welding machines also operating on the second floor. Ideally located just a two-minute drive from the Okazaki-Higashi Interchange on the New Shin-Tomei Expressway, this facility serves as our primary hub for supplying products to the Chubu and Hokuriku regions.

Established in 1980 as our first production base in Aichi Prefecture, this facility is located just across the street from the new Aichi Factory. While it formerly housed our sales office and most machinery from Plant No. 1 has been transferred to the new factory, Plant No. 2 remains fully operational. Currently, Plant No. 1 is in a transition phase, standing ready for our next new business venture.

Located about a 10-minute drive from the Aichi Factory, this facility was established as TOAMI’s first dedicated plant for hoop reinforcement when we launched the business in Aichi Prefecture. Like the Aichi Factory, it features a two-story design. Situated between lush, green mountains and a large-scale automotive plant, it holds a special place in our history as the first factory to feature the signature orange accent lines on its exterior.

Originally, our welded wire mesh production was based at the Headquarters in Shijonawate. Due to the need for expansion, production began at this site in 1979. Today, this facility serves as a core factory for the TOAMI Group, supplying products to the Kansai and parts of the Hokuriku regions. The plant reflects our history and commitment to quality, operating everything from machinery that has been meticulously maintained for over 50 years to the latest state-of-the-art international equipment. It is conveniently located about a 15-minute drive from our Headquarters.

While hoop reinforcement production originally began at Nara Plant No. 1, the need for expansion led to the opening of this dedicated facility in 2008, located just a few minutes' walk away. Hoop reinforcement requires exceptionally strict quality control. Working in close collaboration with the Quality Control Department at our Headquarters, this plant plays a central role in maintaining the high quality standards for hoop production across the entire TOAMI Group.

This factory is located at our headquarters in Shijonawate, Osaka—the very birthplace of TOAMI. While this site once produced a wide variety of wire mesh products, it now specializes in manufacturing mesh fencing, C-panels, and other key products for shipment nationwide. It also houses the Quality Control Department, which oversees and integrates quality management for the entire TOAMI Group.

Established in 1970, this was TOAMI’s very first production facility outside of Osaka. Although it started as a smaller plant primarily producing welded wire mesh for precast concrete products, it has steadily expanded its grounds and facilities to meet growing demand. Today, after numerous additions to its factory and warehouse space, it serves as our strategic hub for supplying products throughout the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.

Established just a few minutes' drive from Okayama Plant No. 1 to accommodate our growing operations, this facility plays a distinct role in our production network. While Plant No. 1 focuses primarily on welded wire mesh, this second plant handles the entire process from wire drawing to welding, and also serves as a dedicated production site for hoop reinforcement.

Established as our second major expansion outside Osaka, following Okayama, this facility moved to its current location in 1974. Situated on a hill, it boasts the most scenic view of any TOAMI plant. From this vantage point, we supply products primarily to the northern Kyushu region and Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Established in 1988, this factory supplies products to southern Kyushu and Okinawa Prefecture. It formerly served as TOAMI’s central hub for R&D (Research and Development). The facility was once home to our R&D division, where we achieved significant technical milestones—including the in-house development of mesh fencing machinery and coating lines, as well as a specialized processing plant for the polystyrene foam used in our C-Panels.

The R&D Department is the very foundation of TOAMI’s growth. Around 1950, the department developed and manufactured our own proprietary welded wire mesh machines, which dramatically increased production capacity. These machines were not only used internally but were also exported globally. Today, the department remains at the forefront of innovation, focusing on the development of new products and engaging in joint development projects with leading IoT and DX (Digital Transformation) companies.
